Who is Kudoz?

Kudoz is a native Salesforce solution that detects data quality issues and automatically suggests personalized fixes. This means Marketing can unlock its true potential through more accurate Salesforce reporting, creating a focused end-to-end customer experience while adding value to the essential service it provides.

Do you offer a free trial of your product?

You can install a free 30-day trial that includes all of the premium features. Trials can be installed in production or sandbox. After 30 days, you will be automatically moved to our limited free plan unless you have purchased our premium or enterprise plan.

What if I need onboarding help?

Our products are easy to set up. But if you don't have the time or need a little help, we offer to purchase professional services from Kudoz relating to installation, training, implementation, or configuration. See options here.

How does purchasing work?

Purchasing is handled by Accounts Receivable through an agreement and invoiced monthly. All pricing is in US Dollars. Every month your subscription will auto-renew.

Is support included?

Basic product support is provided by our US-based team through email only. Our Enterprise Plan provides prioritized support. See Problem Response and Resolution details here.

Am I locked in for a period of time?

You can change your plan type or cancel at any time.

Can I get a refund?

We offer free trials to explore our app before purchasing. Therefore, we do not have a refund policy.

What are the differences between the Free, Premium and Enterprise plans?

Each organization belongs to a Free, Premium, or Enterprise plan. The Free plan is limited to users and features.

Customers can upgrade from the Free to Premium plan to increase their plan limits (e.g., users), obtain additional features (e.g., the Auto Resolver), or gain access to prioritized Technical Support.

Our Enterprise plans have a number of advanced features for governance and scale, higher plan limits, and access to future features— with pricing customized to business needs. To get started with an Enterprise plan, or upgrade your existing Free or Basic plan, contact our sales team.
