Add Contacts via the Opportunity Score Widget

Steps

  1. Go to the Opportunity Record, and then to the Opportunity Score Widget.
  2. Click on "Add Contact" and navigate the Pop-up Screens that allow you to search for a Contact to assign to the Opportunity.
  3. Indicate if the Contact is a Primary Contact, and their Contact Role (Decision Maker, Sponsor, Influencer).
  4. Press Save, and repeat if there are additional Contacts that should be associated with the Opportunity.
 
 

Enrich your Buying Group via the Task Cue Widget

Steps

  1. Go to Tasks and then to the Kudoz - Open Task List.
  2. Click on a Task with "Add Contact."
  3. Click on "Add Contact" and navigate the Pop-up Screens to associate a Contact to the Opportunity with its respective Contact Role.
  4. Press Save, and repeat if there are additional Contacts that should be associated with the Opportunity."

Kudoz uses the native Salesforce "Add a Contact Role" Screen to display and choose from eligible Contact(s) associated with the Opportunity.

Transparency

Diagnostic

Detects whether there is at least 1 Contact associated with the Opportunity via the "Opportunity Contact Role" relationship object.

Suggestion Logic

If you are unfamiliar with the Contact Name, type in the Account Name in the Search box to display the Account's contacts.

Importance

Ensures every Opportunity has a Contact. Prioritize Sales & Marketing initiatives to the Contacts in the Buying Group.

Kudoz uses the native "Edit a Contact Role" Screen to display Contact(s) that you could identify as Decision Maker(s).

Transparency

Diagnostic

Checks if there is existing mapping available for the Opportunity Contact Role as a "Decision Maker," which was part of the "Opportunity Contact Role Category" Mapping Setup Configuration.

Suggestion Logic

If there is a new Opportunity Contact Role value created in the future, the Kudoz In-App Resolution Screen will help you associate the new Opportunity Contact Role value to a Category.

Importance

Ensure that every Opportunity has a Decision Maker. Marketers can now focus on increasing conversions from Decision Makers with personalized tactics.
