Invite Users

In the Kudoz App, click on the Initial Setup link within the App Setup tab.

Designate an Issue Owner & Trainer for Marketing.

Validate the user assignments for the Data Quality Cues.

Designate Admin Users for the App and click on Save.
User Roles
Assign a User to the Kudoz App as a stakeholder (Issue Owner) and for the team member who is responsible (Issue Trainer) for resolving Data Quality issues that Kudoz identifies. Although we recommend assigning different people as the "Issue Owner & Trainer" for each Department, it is okay to select the same person for both roles.

Issue Owner
Invited Users who will have access to the features of the App; however, will not be tasked.
- The Issue Owner is generally a Stakeholder with the following roles: Marketing Director, VP of Demand Generation.

Should have "VIEW All" access for Opportunities & Accounts.

Issue Trainer
Invited Users who are the day-to-day Data Admins that will be resolving Data Quality issues that Kudoz detects.
- The Issue Trainer is typically a person with the following roles: Marketing Operations, Business Systems Analyst, Marketing personnel in SMB Organizations.
- Issue Trainers should have correct "Read/Edit" access on the objects.
Data Quality Cues
Kudoz alerts and detects Users of impactful Data Quality issues known as “Data Quality Cues.”
Claim Missing Credit
Never have an unknown lead source again. Detect orphan opportunities and find missing credit with transparency.
Follow the Money
Build a holistic view of Contacts involved in the Decision Making Process.
