Map Lead Source Values

Watch the video and follow the steps below:
  1. In App Setup, click on the Field Value Mapping - Lead Source screen.

  2. Map the Sub Categories to the appropriate Category (Sales, Marketing, Other) and Click "Save."
  3. Map the Lead Source values to Sub Categories and click "Save and Proceed."

Lead Source Mapping

Kudoz will give you a more accurate picture of your pipeline influence by categorizing Lead Source Values to Sales or Marketing. Common Lead Source Values such as (Advertisement, Website, Trade Show, etc.) are often left by chance for a user to aggregate manually.
